4. Payment Terms
Payment terms include:
- 50% advance payment required to start most projects
- Final payment due upon project completion
- Late payments may incur additional charges

Upon full payment:
- Client owns the final delivered product
- Lyre Development retains rights to general methodologies and techniques
- Third-party components are subject to their respective licenses
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties except as specifically stated in project agreements. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Support and Maintenance
Post-delivery support terms:
- 30-day free bug fixing period for custom development
- Extended support available through separate agreements
- Third-party service issues are not covered under our support
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for any business losses, lost profits, or indirect damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- Client pays for work completed to date
- All project materials are returned
- Confidentiality obligations continue
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration under Indian law.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
